Terms and Conditions

Course fees
It is important that you obtain the authorisation of your line manager before you enrol onto any course, as it is possible that you may incur additional charges to your organisation if you do not.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your course booking, please contact the Training Administration on 0800 0181 990, option 4 or email training.asp@serco.com as soon as possible. Some courses may incur a cancellation charge if not advised two weeks prior to the course date.

Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, training sessions may have to be cancelled. In these cases you will be offered alternative dates.

Data Protection
Information provided on the booking forms will be collected and processed by our Training Administration Team in order to monitor, plan and evaluate training. This information will be shared with partners to monitor and assist with appropriateness and equity of training for all staff. Personal details will only be used when absolutely necessary and under the terms of the Trust code of conduct with respect to confidentiality.
