Using web-based self-service and e-workflow technology, Serco integrates with NHS JOBS (the dedicated online recruitment service for the NHS), to support NHS managers quickly and effectively through the recruitment process.

Through the use of e-workflows we provide our clients with business assurance and compliance in respect of regulatory and statutory requirements, by ensuring that recruitment managers provide the right information, at the appropriate time in the recruitment process.
